At undermusic.cl we don’t ask you for any data: there are no forms, sign-ups or accounts, and we don’t use first-party cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

What happens when you browse

• Music: tracks play from this site’s own server. If you reload the page while a track is playing, it stays loaded and paused at about the second where you left off. To do this, your browser stores in its session storage which track you were listening to, at what second and whether it was playing; it also remembers whether you paused the background video and whether you’ve already seen the language notice. All of this is deleted when you close the tab and never reaches us.
• Videos: YouTube videos only load when you play one, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment on, Google may receive data from your browser under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Links: the YouTube and Instagram buttons take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
• Server: the site is hosted by Hostinger. As with any website, the server logs technical data from each visit (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and operational purposes.

Messages

If you message us on Instagram, we use what you tell us only to reply to you. You can ask us, through the same channel, to delete that conversation.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability or blocking of any data we hold about you; in practice, that’s only the Instagram conversation, if you messaged us. Send us a direct message on Instagram (opens in a new tab) and we’ll respond in accordance with Chilean personal data protection law.
